Schilthorn
Reach the Schilthorn summit in 45min by bus and cable car from
Lauterbrunnen. Enjoy the spectacular view from the large terrace,
as well as BOND WORLD 007, the SKYLINE VIEW Plattform and

Riverrafting
Paddling down a river with the splash of cold water in your face,
rafting is always a thrill. From easy flat water to action-packed white
water, rain or shine rafting is always heeps of fun.
Downhill
The new Biketrail of Lauterbrunnen starts in Grütschalp and ends
after 3 km and 690 meters of altitude in Lauterbrunnen.
On the way down you will pass different jumps and berms.
Climbing
Walking along a steep rock face secured by a rope – this is the
ultimate adrenalin kick! The spectacular views of the 4000m
Bernese Alps are of course included! The via ferrata starts high
above the Lauterbrunnen Valley and from there it leads steeply
downwards to Gimmelwald. As a rule via ferratas lead upwards but
in contrast, the way leads from Mürren down to Gimmelwald. The
via ferrata usually takes about three hours and covers 2.2km with a
altitude of 400m.
Hiking
A total of more than 500 km footpaths extend over the Jungfrau
Region. An afternoon snack in one of the Jungfrau Region’s
mountain restaurants tastes particularly good, and those who are
tired can easily take one of the trains or cable cars and be
transported back down to the valley.
Trümelbachfall
With its 10 glacial waterfalls inside the mountain, illuminated and
made accessible by tunnel-lift, the Trümmelbach Falls are unique in
Europe. The Trümmelbach is also Part of the UNESCO world
natural heritage.
Staubbach
Lauterbrunnen’s landmark and Switzerland’s highest free-falling
waterfall can be explored from behind by way of a purposely-built
rock gallery. During the high season, the Staubbachfall is
illuminated in the evening till late.
